The work of building leaders’ ability to serve others is a journey I’ve lived and am committed to delivering on every day.

Twenty-five years ago, my career plans to work with families changed, and I found myself back in the corporate world—first as a consultant, and then leading an organizational development team at a major medical center. 

When I discovered the work of influence and partnering skills—how to bring your expertise to people in a way they understand, use, and want what you have to offer—it was a game changer. 

I joined the organization, and trained and coached hundreds of HR, Marketing, IT, project management, and other functional teams who had the same challenges: wanting to help others with the expertise they had, but feeling underestimated, misunderstood, and underutilized. 

Over 15 years, I became the Vice President of the company behind the book that the Association for Talent Development called “the most influential book of the 20th century,” leading sales for global accounts. 

And when the world turned upside down in 2020, it was inevitable for me to return to my roots and take the success skills I taught to the worlds’ largest companies and bring them to leaders on a broader scale who are working to leave an impact on those around them, every day.
