Overview

A Care Experience team within a national healthcare organization faced the challenge of influencing regional medical center leadership teams to implement process improvements based on patient experience data. The Senior Director of Care Experience posed the following questions:

• How can we present ourselves with greater authority and credibility to effect change among senior executives?
• How can we more effectively articulate our unique value proposition to leaders who may not be receptive?
• How can we address opposition and resistance?

Strategy:

CloutLab delivered a two-day workshop focused on developing skills and applying a methodology for influence.

Results: 

The 35-person team rated the session an average of 9.6 out of 10 in terms of value. Participants reported increased confidence, greater self-awareness, and a strengthened sense of camaraderie.
